1.Pink curry veggie wrap. This features lettuce, tomato and cucumber but it gets its colouring from the key ingredient which is beetroot.
2.Thai yellow curry. A popular mild but tasty dish made with nutmeg, ginger and coconut milk.
3.Black curry. A Japanese speciality, it incorporates norikuro which is a black type of seaweed. The dish is served with often served with a poached egg.
4.Orange halibut curry. The halibut is chopped into cubes and cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, mustard, orange rind and anchovies to provide an extremely ‘fishy’ tasting curry.
